Today was the first day of Mørketid (=dark time). The photo was taken on November 18, 2009, just before noon, and 3 days before mørketid, the time when the sun does not rise above the horizon. This will last for 2 months, on January 21 the sun will begin to rise again.

Since I don’t use overalls, I am wearing my new umbrella skirt, bird migrated all the way from Guatemala to the cold north.
Today is International Overalls Day, congratulations to all you overalls people! I am not one myself, but live in the close vicinity of a dedicated overalls guy. I will join the celebration, however, the official photos will appear later:-)
